Skip the same old weekend plans—this week’s lineup includes outdoor yoga, Black Joy, Chai tea, a concert truck, paper flowers, tamale-making, and a crab boil worth cracking for.

Summer solstice already?! We have a lot of festivals spread out all over the Eastside along with the Vegfest. I went a couple years ago and it was pretty fun, even as a carnivore. Maybe I’ll do the crab boil this time. If lavender is your thing, check out the opening of the lavender farm in Woodinville next to Chateau Ste Michelle.
